Gamble Hub Terms of Use
The terms of use are not a legal reservation, but a declaration of honest architecture.
We create a system where every action - predictably, every role - is defined and every responsibility is measurable. Gamble Hub does not impose rules - it builds an order in which technologies, people and processes interact on an equal footing.
1. General provisions
The Gamble Hub platform is designed for operators, providers, studios and partners working in the iGaming space. By using the system, you agree to its principles: transparency, security, legitimacy and mutual respect.
2. Terms
Platform - technological infrastructure and API Gamble Hub.
User - any registered participant: operator, provider, partner or representative.
Content - gaming products, data, analytics and financial flows available on the system.
The parties are the Gamble Hub and the user entering into interaction.
3. Principles of interaction
Gamble Hub is based on direct relationships. We exclude intermediaries and are responsible for data integrity, transaction security and connection stability.
The user undertakes to use the platform within the framework of the current legislation and its own licenses.
4. Responsibility
Gamble Hub guarantees functionality, stability and data protection at the protocol level.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the correctness of operations and compliance with the rules of his jurisdiction.
Partners are responsible for ensuring that advertising, integrations and content comply with local regulations.
5. Use of data and content
All data and content in the ecosystem belongs to their owners. Gamble Hub provides infrastructure but does not claim ownership.
APIs, analytics, and reports can only be used within agreed roles and SLAs.
6. Privacy and security
Gamble Hub protects users' information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data transfer between nodes is encrypted, and access is regulated by role models.
7. Restrictions
It is prohibited to use the platform to circumvent licensing, fraud, unauthorized access or violation of the rights of third parties.
Violation of these principles entails suspension or termination of access.
8. Changes in conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions to improve architecture and compliance. All changes are published openly and are effective from the date of publication.
9. Legal jurisdiction
Gamble Hub operates in accordance with international regulations and licenses applicable to the platform and its nodes. Disputes are resolved in the spirit of partnership and constructive dialogue.
