Promotional Disclaimers and Requirements

1) Purpose and principles

Disclaimers are mandatory legal and informational inscriptions/remarks that provide transparency of the offer and protection of vulnerable groups. Main principles:
  • Visibility and readability: size/contrast/display time correspond to the placement environment.
  • Short terms completeness: next to CTA - WR, Max Bet, term, contribution/exclusions, 18 +, link to full rules.
  • Sequence: creative = landing = rules.
  • Localization: user language, local age thresholds (e.g. 21 +), local prohibitions.
  • Provability: Store layouts/screenshots/audio scripts with timecodes.

2) Basic composition of disclaimers (minimum)

1. Age marking: 18 + (or 21 + where required).
2. Responsible Play (RG): Play responsibly text/badge + link/anchor to RG section.

Disclaimer font height: not less than 7% of advertising surface height; on billboards - calculate from the reading distance (rule 1 cm by 3.5 m).
Contrast: high (dark on light/light on dark), no busy background.

Explanations:

Outdoor: 18 +/RG near the offer; short terms in one line, without "small print."

5. 5 E-mail/SMS/Push

Subject/Preheder - No Promise of Income/FOMO.
In the body of the letter: short terms + 18 +/RG + unsubscribe (opt-out).

In SMS/Push - short version: "18 +WR 30×MaxBet 57 daysDetails are in the appendix."

6) What not (prohibited practices)

"Guaranteed income," "no risk/loss," "return 100%."

Mask key constraints in small print or by clicking.
Use images/themes that appeal to minors.
Position the game as a solution to financial problems.
Claim/hint that past winnings determine future ones.


7) Legal link with landing

On the landing in the first screen: 18 +/RG and the same line short terms as on the banner.
Below are the full terms and conditions (anchors to WR/deposit/term/exceptions).
Date/version of the offer (vX. Y) to avoid "discrepancies" with creatives.


8) Privacy and tracking

Do not disclose personal data in advertising; do not use "dark patterns."
