User Agreement
1) Purpose and role of the document
Terms of Use/Terms & Conditions - The basic public agreement between the platform and the player/user. Is he:- Defines the conditions of access to the site/application and services
- describes the rights and obligations of the parties, restrictions and prohibitions;
- establishes KYC/AML procedures, payments, bonuses and games;
- contains legal disclaimers, dispute resolution, applicable law.
For iGaming, the agreement is the "skeleton" of the legal framework associated with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Game Rules, Bonus Rules, Responsible Gaming Policy and Payment Policy.

3) Parties and acceptance
Provider: legal entity (site operator) with address/registration and license (if applicable).
Acceptance: account registration, checkbox affixing, continued use of the service - methods of consent.
Mandatory: the use of the service is possible only on the terms of the Agreement and related policies.
4) Service availability and age
Age barrier: the service is available only to adults under the law of their country.
Geo-restrictions: specify countries/regions where the service is not available.
Checks: verification of age and eligibility.
5) Account
Registration: reliable data, one account per user, sharing ban.
Security: password storage, 2FA, responsibility for actions from the account.
Blocking/freezing: grounds - suspicion of violations, chargeback, AML signals, regulator request.
Deletion: at the user's request (subject to legal/financial restrictions on holding and closing the balance).
6) KYC/AML and checks
Collection and reconciliation: document, selfie/video on request, confirmation of address and source of funds if necessary.
Providers: inspections are performed by authorized third parties; the user agrees to transfer data to the extent necessary for KYC/AML.
Risks/sanctions: the right to suspend operations and account until the completion of inspections.
Non-compliance: refusal/termination of the contract, withholding/return of funds in accordance with the law and rules.
7) Payments and conclusions
Deposits: Eligible methods, currency, fees, and conversion.
Conclusions: processing time, KYC threshold, same-method rule and return to source priority.
Limits: day/week/month; manual/auto-moderation of transactions.
Fraud/chargeback: right to withhold funds until clarification; mutual settlement of debt.
Net Deposits: possible accounting for net deposits in disputes and bonus restrictions.
Freeze: For the duration of the AML investigation/dispute/chargeback.
8) Gaming/betting rules and settlement
Results: source of official information (provider/regulator/league), recount rules and cancellations.
Technical failures: principles of cancellation, return, restoration of progress.
Providers: games are provided by third parties; their rules and RTP/restrictions apply.
9) Bonuses, promotions, tournaments
Agreement with Bonus Terms: wagering, maximum bets, deadlines, contribution of games, limitation of strategies.
Anti-abuse: multi-account, arbitration, "matched betting," low-risk bet - bans and sanctions.
Tournaments/PvP: regulation, scoring, fair play, tie-break.
10) Responsible play and self-disconnection
Instruments: deposit/time/loss limits, "time out," self-exclusion.
Procedures: how to submit a request, terms of entry and conditions of change/withdrawal.
11) Prohibited activities
Bypassing geolocks (VPN/proxy/anonymizers) when prohibited.
The use of bots/scripts, software for advantage, collusion and other forms of fraud.
Account transfer, sale of chips/balances, money laundering.
Publication of illegal/offensive content, interference with the service.
Sanctions: warning, temporary/permanent blocking, confiscation of illegally received winnings, notification of authorities/partners.
12) Intellectual Property and Licenses
Operator rights: site, brand, design, code, content, databases.
Rights of game providers: graphics, mechanics, audio - reserved and licensed.
User license: limited, revocable, non-exclusive, without the right to sublicense - for personal use of the service.
Prohibitions: copying, reverse engineering, implementation, resell.
13) User content and moderation
The user is responsible for the published content (chat, nickname, avatar).
Platform license to use UGC within the service.
Moderation rules and content removal, compliance with law and ethics.
14) Risk disclaimers and lack of guarantees
Games come with the risk of losses; the user accepts this risk.
Service "as is" and "as available"; interruptions and errors are possible.
The platform does not guarantee continuity, compatibility and achievement of user goals.
15) Limitation of liability and indemnity
Liability limit: reasonable limit (e.g. amount of deposits per period or fixed cap), except as required by law.
Exceptions: death/harm to health due to fault, intent/gross negligence - according to the law.
Indemnity: the user reimburses the platform for losses in case of violations of the conditions/law on his part.
16) Suspension, termination, freezing
Grounds for suspension of access/services.
Termination by either party (with notice if required).
Freezing of funds until the end of checks, withholding, returns and closing of the balance according to the rules and the law.
17) Disputes, law and jurisdiction
Claim procedure: response time and form of appeal.
Arbitration/Courts: Selected Mechanism and Venue.
Conflict of laws rules: applicable substantive law.

20) Miscellaneous: separability, concession, force majeure, languages
Severability: Invalidity of a part does not affect the rest.
Assignment: prohibition of assignment of rights by the user without consent; the operator's right to a cession within the group.
Force majeure: actions of government agencies, infrastructure failures, cataclysms, wars, etc.
Languages: The specified version (e.g. English/Russian) takes precedence in case of version discrepancy.

7. Bonuses and promotions
7. 1. The terms of bonuses, wagering, game deposits, betting limits and terms are specified in the Bonus Rules.
7. 2. Bonus abuse strategies are prohibited; violations entail sanctions up to confiscation of illegal winnings.
8. Responsible play and self-disconnection
8. 1. Tools for limiting deposits/time/losses, "time out" and self-disconnection are available.
8. 2. The procedure for submitting requests and the terms of entry are indicated in the sections of the Site.
9. Prohibited activities
9. 1. Multi-accounts, bots/scripts, collusions, geoblocking, money laundering, publishing illegal content are prohibited.
9. 2. Sanctions: warning, restriction, blocking, withholding/confiscation of illegally obtained funds, reporting to the competent authorities.
10. Intellectual property rights
10. 1. All rights to the Service belong to the Operator and/or its licensors.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
